I've always lived in South West London and this allows me to have the experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to fulfill my client’s requirements. Outstanding commitment from Ravi in South West London!!I used the Purple Bricks service to sell my flat in South West London after using the 'traditional' estate agents in my area. Talking to Ravi was a breath of fresh air! He had great local knowledge, came up with a plan for the sale of my flat, immediately was able to talk about comparable listing and brought a few factors to light that everyone else had ignored (as the impacts of COVID were still being felt in the market). His assistance throughout the process was a God send as it meant the flat sold in a fraction of the time, our questions were answered promptly and gave us confidence he knew (from experience) what he was talking about. I had the pleasure of having Ravi…I had the pleasure of having Ravi Fatania as my agent. Ravi kept me up to date with every step and supported me through this very emotional journey.
