It's a no brainer - go with Purple Bricks
This is the second time I have used them to sell my home, both times my house has sold in less than 3 months. They are thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, love the flat rate (there are 3 very reasonable options too) and no commission, also like the online platform and being able to do everything independently. I could not fault them.
