I have used purple bricks several times…I have used purple bricks several times before and once again a great service. Especially from Ian Bird and Phil Gould , very supportive. I like to do my own viewings as I know all the details and can answer any questions which puts the buyers at ease with known answer's. On utilities etc. the most important feature of any estate agent is being able to resolve any issues quickly ie transition from offer to conveyancing and Ian and Phil did that excellently.
