The great price of this property means it’s an investment not to miss. I think it would achieve a yield of around 7.4%. Most of the properties on this street are rentals and do not struggle to attract tenants when they come onto the market. 

237 Wortley Road, Rotherham, S61 1LJ

Yield - 8.3%

If you rented it out, Wortley Road would offer a very high yield of 8.3%, making this an ideal buy to let. There are no other properties on that street for rent at the moment, but when they have come onto the market, they have been snapped up.
