I started my career as a sales negotiator eventually working my way up to branch manager, I also previously owned my own estate agency, so I have a wealth of expertise and knowledge of the local property market. Valuation went well with JonathonJonathon attended my home for a valuation in Cardiff after I booked online with no fuss or confusion. He answered my questions clearly and with a friendly demeanour. If I decide to instruct him, I feel I'll be in good hands as he seems to be a good communicator and has good knowledge of the area and his business. He was on time to the appointment and he was to the point and focused, even though we started late in the evening (6pm) after he had a previous appointment, and he had done a significant amount of research to give me the recommendations he did. I took the opportunity to get an online…I took the opportunity to get an online valuation. I thought it was probably low and a routine follow-up telephone call from Purplebricks of a personal valuation. This confirmed my thoughts plus I had made it clear that there was not looking to sell at present.
