Will Dunford was prompt to turn around a valuation & underpinned this with good local research. Furthermore he took time to listen & understand the Passivhaus standard we build to & emphasised this in the written advert. A good guy to have on your side & an asset to Purplebricks. The ad was easy to review, as was the compliance process, all online & almost instant.
