Poor service
Valuation was fine but they don’t live up to their promises once they had taken the upfront payment no feedback calls. Hard to contact, don’t know what they are doing when they do call back. Wouldn’t recommend caused me more stress chasing.

Dealt with Gareth Llewellyn, he was very knowledgeable and provided me with updates and guidance as this was my first time selling a property, was a bit of a slow start, didn’t have any viewing for 3 months, but got the viewings in the end, and thankfully all went through within the timescale. Would use this company again.
