We’re delighted to announce that Purplebricks has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award for the second year in a row. The Feefo Awards recognise businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, using feedback from customers.
Feefo only gives Platinum Trusted Service awards to companies that have achieved the Feefo Gold standard for three years or more. To receive a Gold Trusted Service award, businesses must have collected at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 between 1st January 2021 and 31st December 2021.
All Feefo reviews are verified so we know this accreditation genuinely reflects the outstanding service our customers have received.
