Gary: That you can see the gradual gentrification of the so called lesser areas which are sandwiched between the already established affluent areas.

Gary: Any quirky new developments. But more specifically Lordship Park, London. Great location with the bonus of having a garden.

Gary: To be patient as all property will find its true value.
