On Monday evening, the Prime Minister asked the whole of the UK to stay safe and stay home and, following this latest advice, all Purplebricks Local Experts will be doing all viewings and valuations via video technology.
For the last week, everyone in our contact centre has also been successfully working from home and our digital platform is keeping our customers moving as much as possible during this testing time.

Video technology was something we were doing before the Coronavirus outbreak, so this isn’t new for us. As this technology becomes an increasing part of our daily lives, we are adapting and scaling up how this can keep home-movers connected.
