Hosted viewings (£899)
With hosted viewings, your expert, local estate agents will pre-screen potential buyers, book your viewings, and accompany prospective buyers – all organised on a schedule that works for you. Shoes off? Key stashed in a safe? They’ll work around your needs – so you can kick back and wait for an offer.
Advert listings
Looking to boost visibility? You might choose to list your property on Rightmove and Zoopla (from £599) – the UK’s largest property portals. You can take it to the next step with a Premium Listing (£125) including bigger images, more pictures on display, and a stand-out banner. Or, go all out with a Featured Property (£149) – shown at the top of the results page, and again further down, for twice the visibility. The choice is yours.
Digital enhanced photos, floorplan, and 360 visual tour (£699)
With better imagery, buyers can put themselves in the space before they even step foot in it. A 360 virtual tour can reduce selling time, and secure 2% more on your sale price. Put simply? It can help you sell.
Energy Performance Certificate (£119)
An EPC can be a make-it-or-break-it factor when it comes to your new home. This optional extra gives you an understanding of a property’s energy efficiency with pointers on how to save money.
Elevated photography (£99)
