Personal touchAs a seller, having had a local 'pretstige' estate agent in, I analysed their quote and found that after a home report their conditions had the potential to cost me an additional £4 - £5K!
That's when I first met Purplebricks in the shape of Stuart Ferguson, who was most professional and above all, honest!
His communication and advice was excellent and during the process of sale, he ironed out any little blips that cropped up in the process.
All in all, we were 'people' to him, rather than 'just another client'. Thank you for such a personal touch and we can report we are settling in to our new home.
