Richard's journey to estate agency

I have worked in property and the service industry my whole life, as well as commercial property, all in Sussex. Having started in estate agency 16 years ago I started working for a small independent firm, later moving to a large corporate style company where I progressed through the ranks through to managing very successful branches. I now have a young family and live in Uckfield and want the best for the people I see about the town who I help. Over the years I've seen a change in how people live and realise that there is a better way than the traditional, office based estate agency, along with the fees they charge, which now seems outdated and difficult to justify. I now want to help people sell their homes in a more modern, fairer way leaving them better off, financially and emotionally!
