I have an extensive career in the property industry and been part of over 3000 property sales, starting out as a negotiator in the busy Cardiff city centre high street agency and getting real sense of satisfaction from finding buyers their dream homes. I then decided that I wanted to become a property valuer and worked in several offices across the South/West Wales area for many years giving me the ability to value properties, land of all shapes, sizes and prices in a variety of locations giving me a wealth of experience. The most rewarding part of my job is the variety of properties that I get to visit and meeting all the different people that own these individual homes, and not only that but I get to guide them through the whole selling experience and achieve the best possible price for their home and help them to move on to the next chapter of their life. I pride myself on my attention to detail, wealth of property knowledge and experience that I have gained over the years and being able to pass this on to help buyers/sellers in this sometimes-unknown adventure of selling/purchasing. I was brought up as a child in the town of Penarth and now live-in the picturesque area of Pembrokeshire in Milford Haven.
