We felt frustrated by the solicitors that Purplebricks used, in terms of communications. It was difficult getting hold of the actual person you wanted to speak to. You also have to do a lot of work yourself using their online portal.
Having said this, we completed by the date we wanted, so although stressful, we moved in time for our children to start their new school at the beginning of term.
5 stars for Emma, less for the overall experience.Read more
