Hi, I'm Dawn Proudfoot, Your Local Property Partner. I have worked with Purplebricks since September 2021 covering Guildford and the surrounding areas. I bring a wealth of experience in understanding the local property market, both within the industry but also through buying, renovating and selling my own properties. We have recently bought through…We have recently bought through Purplebricks. Dawn Proudfoot was our agent and was brilliant throughout. She was helpful, friendly and informative. We were running late for our appointment due to traffic and Dawn hung around for us. We then put in our offer on Dawn's day off and she pushed through regardless. It is fair to say our house purchase would not have gone through without her. Excellent and ConsiderateI sell my property through Purplebricks. Harry Hitch and Dawn Proudfoot are the best agent I've ever met. They are very professional, very kind and supportive. They are not just do things you require, but always very considerate to take one step ahead of me, which really gives me peace of mind. Harry Hitch is very helpful and patient when I met problems. I appreciate those long calls for his professional and kind advice. And he also loves to help even beyond his job responsibilities.
