Darren's journey to estate agency

My route into estate agency comes from a strong and varied background within the property sector including investment, development, maintenance and client advisory. I have been responsible for sourcing, acquiring and managing residential properties as well as guiding clients through the entire process from appraisal to completion . This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of the market from multiple perspectives - as an investor, a landlord and a developer. This allows me to offer practical, well-rounded advice based on broad experience. My earlier career in technical sales and project management also strengthened my skills in communication, negotiation and delivering results for clients. Having lived and worked in Yorkshire for many years, I have an excellent knowledge of the local area and property market. I pride myself on being approachable, honest and always available to my clients offering a flexible and responsive service which fits around their needs. I am passionate about delivering a modern, transparent and customer-focused approach to buying and selling property and I believe this is exactly what Purplebricks represents. My goal is always to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients while making the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible from start to finish.
