Firstly I met Chris Redfern who gave me very clear details of what happens next, prices and organised excellent photographs and a virtual tour. Then I had a call from the estate agent Cerys Nelson who took a great interest in my house and we discussed all selling points and useful information that she would need for the viewers. I felt extremely confident after our chat. She also kept me up to date after each viewing and gave me the viewer feedback which was fantastic.
