I highly recommend Purple Bricks!I have recently sold my house with Purple Bricks. I cannot rate them highly enough. Firstly I met Chris Redfern who gave me very clear details of what happens next, prices and organised excellent photographs and a virtual tour. Then I had a call from the estate agent Cerys Nelson who took a great interest in my house and we discussed all selling points and useful information that she would need for the viewers. I felt extremely confident after our chat. She also kept me up to date after each viewing and gave me the viewer feedback which was fantastic. Cerys was so complimentary on my house as well which was lovely. The house sold in 3 weeks, whereas I had it listed with another agent for 3 months and never had a single view!
