After we’ve conducted your house valuation, you’ll get a full valuation report. And, because of your estate agent’s deep knowledge of your local area and the market, you can expect an accurate figure of your property value and where we think it should sit in the market.
Selling your home is a huge decision — and we think you should be in control of how much support you want. So we’ll tell you how much every service costs and you can choose what you pay for. You can get everything you need to sell your home, and can either Pay Upfront or Pay on Completion. See our selling packages.
