Average service
It took a long time to get the property advert ready to be published, it then took a long time to get the memorandum of sale created, despite both seller and buyer completing tasks on time and correctly. Customer Service responses were poor. Only by spending time on a call did the details required become available.

Had to chase purple bricks for updates, and wrong details posted
I had to chase the agent several times and when they activated my sale they had put the wrong sales price.
