Unresponsive
Purple Bricks were very attentive at the start of the process to secure my business and get my property listed as unlike with other estate agents, you pay up front and not upon the sale of your property. As soon as my house was listed I didn't hear anything from them for about 6 months despite trying to get in contact with them to discuss the slow movement of my house sale several times.
