Purple Bricks' Tim Wickham provided rapid and sound advice in the marketing of our property. We attracted plenty of interest and accepted one of four offers in just 10 days. If you don't mind dealing direct with potential buyers or doing your own negotiating, I'd say go with PB - you'll save thousands of pounds!
