Purplebricks Free Listing Prize Draw
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Purplebricks Free Listing Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. The promoter
The promoter of this Prize Draw is Purplebricks Property Limited, registered in England and Wales.
The Prize Draw is operated by Purplebricks.
2. The promotion
The Prize Draw gives eligible entrants the chance to win a free Purplebricks instruction.
For the purposes of this Prize Draw, a “free Purplebricks instruction” means that Purplebricks will cover the standard Purplebricks listing fee for one eligible residential property, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
One winner will be selected each month from all eligible entries included in that month’s draw.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
3. Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Entrants must be the legal owner of the property they wish to sell, or have the legal authority of the property owner to enter and instruct Purplebricks in relation to that property.
Entrants must provide a valid first name, email address, mobile phone number, postcode and selling timeframe when entering.
Entrants must provide valid marketing consent as part of their Prize Draw entry.
Employees, contractors, agents or representatives of Purplebricks, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry is permitted per person, email address, mobile phone number, household and property.
Purplebricks reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner and may request further information where reasonably required.
4. How to enter
To enter, entrants must complete the Purplebricks Prize Draw entry form on the Purplebricks website.
The entry form must be completed in full and submitted successfully.
Incomplete, duplicate, incorrect, fraudulent, automated or bulk entries will not be accepted.
Entries made through agents, third parties, bots, scripts, macros or automated services will not be accepted.
Purplebricks is not responsible for entries that are not received due to technical issues, network failures, website downtime, device settings, browser settings, ad blockers, cookies being disabled, VPN use, or any other reason outside Purplebricks’ reasonable control.
5. Marketing consent
Marketing consent is required to enter the Prize Draw.
By entering, entrants agree to receive Purplebricks marketing communications by email and SMS about selling their home, including property selling tips, valuation reminders, offers, promotions and Purplebricks updates.
Entrants may unsubscribe from Purplebricks marketing emails or opt out of Purplebricks SMS marketing at any time.
If an entrant unsubscribes from Purplebricks marketing emails or opts out of Purplebricks SMS marketing, they may be removed from future monthly Prize Draws.
Unsubscribing or opting out after entering will not affect an entrant’s eligibility for any monthly draw for which they were already validly entered before unsubscribing or opting out, unless they ask to be removed from the Prize Draw entirely.
6. Monthly draw period
The Prize Draw operates as a monthly rolling prize draw.
Entries received before 23:59 on the final calendar day of each month will be included in that month’s draw.
Entries received after 23:59 on the final calendar day of the month will be included in the following month’s draw.
If an entrant does not win in the month they enter, their valid entry will remain in future monthly draws unless: a. they win a prize; b. they unsubscribe from Purplebricks marketing emails or opt out of Purplebricks SMS marketing; c. they ask to be removed from the Prize Draw; d. they become ineligible; e. Purplebricks withdraws or ends the Prize Draw; or f. Purplebricks reasonably determines that their entry breaches these Terms & Conditions.
7. Winner selection and notification
One winner will be selected at random each month from all eligible entries included in that month’s draw.
The winner will be selected using a randomised and verifiable selection process.
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days after the final calendar day of the relevant month.
Purplebricks may also contact the winner by SMS or phone where contact details have been provided.
The winner must respond to Purplebricks within 14 days of the winner notification email to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, rejects the prize, or cannot accept the prize for any reason, Purplebricks reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the eligible entries for that month.
Purplebricks’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law or regulation.
8. The prize
The prize is one free Purplebricks instruction for one eligible residential property.
The prize covers the standard Purplebricks listing fee only.
The prize does not include any optional extras, upgrades, third-party products, conveyancing fees, mortgage fees, EPC costs, photography upgrades, premium listings, Rightmove or Zoopla upgrades, paid media boosts, legal costs, removals, surveys, home reports, repairs, taxes, disbursements or any other costs unless expressly stated by Purplebricks in writing.
The prize applies to one property only.
The prize cannot be transferred to another person, household or property without Purplebricks’ written approval.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, voucher, discount, refund or any other alternative.
If the winner has already paid a Purplebricks listing fee before being notified that they have won, Purplebricks may, at its discretion, provide the prize as a refund or account credit equivalent to the standard listing fee paid, provided the winner otherwise meets these Terms & Conditions.
The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other Purplebricks discount, voucher, offer, promotion or promotion code unless Purplebricks confirms otherwise in writing.
If the winner cancels their instruction, withdraws their property from sale, fails to proceed with Purplebricks, or breaches Purplebricks’ customer terms, the prize may be withdrawn.
9. Claiming and using the prize
The winner may be required to book and complete a Purplebricks valuation appointment before the prize can be applied.
The winner must instruct Purplebricks within 90 days of being notified that they have won, unless Purplebricks agrees an extension in writing.
The property must be located in an area where Purplebricks provides its residential sales service.
The prize is subject to Purplebricks’ standard customer terms and service availability.
Purplebricks reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or substitute the prize where the winner or property does not meet Purplebricks’ eligibility, compliance, serviceability or customer acceptance requirements.
10. Winner publicity
Purplebricks may be required to make available information that a valid award took place.
Where required by advertising rules or law, Purplebricks may make available the winner’s surname and county, unless the winner objects or requests that this information is reduced.
Any objection should be made when claiming the prize.
Purplebricks may still be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulator if requested.
11. Fair use and disqualification
Purplebricks reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: a. breaches these Terms & Conditions; b. provides false, misleading or incomplete information; c. attempts to manipulate or abuse the Prize Draw; d. submits multiple entries; e. uses automated entry methods; f. acts fraudulently or dishonestly; or g. behaves in a way that Purplebricks reasonably considers inappropriate, abusive or harmful.
Purplebricks reserves the right to withhold or withdraw the prize if it reasonably believes that the Prize Draw or these Terms & Conditions have been abused.
12. Changes, suspension or cancellation
Purplebricks reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or cancel the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so, including due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Purplebricks will not make changes that materially disadvantage entrants who have already entered, unless required for legal, regulatory, operational or fraud-prevention reasons.
If the Prize Draw is withdrawn, valid entries received before withdrawal may still be included in a final draw at Purplebricks’ discretion.
13. Liability
Purplebricks will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits Purplebricks’ liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Purplebricks Purple Monday promotion (“Promotion”) offers 20% off Purplebricks’ Pay Upfront selling fee and 20% off the upfront marketing fee on the No Sale, No Fee package, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Any deferred, completion-based, or success fees payable under the No Sale, No Fee package (other than the upfront marketing fee)
Optional extras or add-on services, including (but not limited to):
Hosted viewings
Rightmove Premium listings
Drone photography
Enhanced photography
Any other ancillary services provided by Purplebricks or third parties
4. Promotional Period
The Promotion is valid from

The discounted fee must be selected during the Promotional Period to qualify.
5. Exclusions & Restrictions
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or incentive, unless expressly stated by Purplebricks.
One Promotion per property.
There is no cash alternative, refund, or transfer available.
The Promotion has no monetary value beyond the applicable discounted upfront fee.
6. General
Purplebricks’ standard
Terms of Business

Purplebricks Best Price Guarantee
1. The Promotion
The Purplebricks Best Price Guarantee (“Promotion”) applies to Purplebricks’ Package selling fees only and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. What the Guarantee Covers
The Promotion applies to Purplebricks’ Upfront and No Sale No Fee selling prices only.
It does not apply to the cost of any optional extras or add-on services, including but not limited to:
Hosted viewings
Rightmove Premium listings
Drone photography
Enhanced photography
Any other ancillary services offered by Purplebricks or third parties
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is available to customers listing a residential property for sale in the UK.
Customers must be comparing like-for-like core selling services only.
The guarantee does not apply where the competing price includes reduced service levels, limited marketing exposure, or materially different terms.
4. Promotional Period
The Promotion runs from 1 January until 31 January.
Purplebricks reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or end the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Standard Promotional Conditions
The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or incentive unless expressly stated.
Only one claim per property.
Purplebricks’ decision on eligibility and application of the Promotion is final.
No cash alternative is available.
The Promotion has no monetary value beyond its application to Purplebricks’ selling fee.
7. General
Purplebricks’ standard Terms of Business apply at all times.
Purplebricks reserves the right to refuse or revoke the Promotion in cases of suspected misuse or abuse.

Add-ons and third-party services (e.g., EPCs, mortgages, conveyancing) are excluded unless explicitly stated.
Payment and refunds
Any discounts will be deducted from the eligible fee at point of purchase.
No cash alternative. Discounts cannot be transferred or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
If the customer cancels their instruction in line with Purplebricks’ standard terms, any refund will exclude the value of the promotional discount.
Verification and misuse
Purplebricks reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse or withdraw the offer if misuse, manipulation, or breach of these terms is suspected.
Offers provided in error or misapplied may be reversed.
Changes to the promotion
Purplebricks may amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion without prior notice where necessary (e.g., fraud, technical errors, unforeseen circumstances).
Liability
Purplebricks is not responsible for technical issues preventing participation.
General
Participation indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

English law applies and disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
Reward Promotion Terms & Conditions
Purplebricks £20 Gift Card Promotion
The Reward Promotion
£20 gift card reward when you complete an in-person house valuation with Purplebricks (Amazon.co.uk, IKEA, Uber Eats, Currys).
Reward terms
1. £20 Gift Card reward when you complete a valuation appointment via this promotional entry route only (scanning QR code on mailer).
2. This reward is valid for new customers only who book and complete an in-person valuation appointment.
3. The completed valuation must be an in-person appointment. Virtual, instant or automated valuations are not included in the reward.
4. The email address used to book the valuation must match the email address provided via the Typeform entry route. Purplebricks reserves the right to withhold the reward where email details do not match.
5. Customers must have completed their valuation appointment to be eligible for the reward. Customers who cancel or do not complete their appointment will not be eligible for a reward.
6. Valuation appointments may be rescheduled by Purplebricks or the customer. This does not invalidate the Promotion once the rescheduled appointment is completed.
7. It may take up to 90 days after the original valuation date for you to be verified as eligible for a reward and to receive instructions on how to choose your gift card.
8. You will have 90 days to claim your gift card once instructions have been sent.
9. This reward is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
10. Purplebricks holds the right to withdraw this reward if we believe that the terms are being abused in any way.
11. This reward cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, discount or promotion code and may not be redeemed for cash. If this is used alongside another promotion or discount you will not be eligible for the reward.
12. Only one reward will be delivered per property, household and customer.
13. Gift cards should be treated like cash and kept securely. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
14. Gift cards will be sent via email to the email address provided via the Typeform entry route. The email address must match the email address used to book the valuation appointment.
15. In order to fulfil and distribute your gift card, customer details including your email address will be shared with our reward fulfilment partner, Giftcloud. Giftcloud will process this data solely for the purpose of administering and delivering the gift card reward.

16. The appointment booking should be completed in one session to ensure it is tracked correctly.
