Not disappointed. Happy we gave PB a go!I was sceptical to instruct Purple Bricks but couldn’t afford to pay over the odds, rather than a fixed and reasonable fee, so invited PB round for a free valuation. Robert Kinge was so friendly, straight talking, professional and helpful. I thought we may get a lower valuation with PB, as they don’t get more for selling your property for more, but this was not the case. The valuation was higher than we expected. We instructed PB and Robert Kinge, who visited for the valuation, was then our agent. It was easy to communicate with Robert; via phone, text and PB messaging on the app. We were kept informed of progress and the strategy. We had three viewings in total (one was a 2nd viewing) and we received an offer which we accepted! This happened in just over a week so we are over the moon. Robert negotiated for us, which was amazing. Very happy customers.Read more
