You are in control via the PB app, managing viewings and messaging, but if you arnt that techie, Phil is on hand to guide you along.
PB do everything old fashioned estate agents do at a fraction of the price and more efficiently.
Excellent local knowledge, clued up with the local housing trends and they take an interest in your progress.
So don't imagine that online means you are on your own, you arnt.
