Worked in Estate Agency for 31 years specialising in selling homes in Solihull and Warwickshire. Managing High Street independant Estate Agents during this time, I am was drawn to transferring to Purple bricks who offer an amazing and completely transparent service to my clients all for a fair and open fixed fee. I have always prided myself on providing a high quality and personal service at all times and I look forward to continuing this journey with Purplebricks. Lived in Knowle for 20 years and enjoy family life with my wife and four children who all enjoyed their education at Arden School.

Thanks for the painless experience!I moved to Australia over 15 years ago & decided it was eventually time to sell my property back in the UK ( Worcestershire) which was a little daunting doing so from the other side of the world! However Purplebricks made it as painless as possible. I chose Purplebricks as the set fee appealed to me and as I didn't have any recent knowledge of estate agents in the UK they seemed as good as any & at a cheaper price. I went for the premium package as I needed someone to do the viewings for me (bit too long a commute for me to do them ;p ) I did arrange my own conveyancer though as I needed someone reliable that dealt with overseas sellers. My selling agent Phil Gould & Viewing agent Dilwar kept me updated at every stage through a wattsapp message thread as well as regularly updating my property account with information. Phil was very helpful & easy to get hold of/ communicate with at every stage. I did drop the price of my property as I was keen to sell but was still happy & think I got a good price. Having recently bought & sold property in Australia I only wish Purple Bricks were still trading here as their prices are so much better than the extortionate prices the Australian agents charge.
