Purple Bricks is the future Put our house on the market and 3 days later it was sold. I don’t really understand why people use old fashioned and outdated estate agents as most people look online at Rightmove or Zoopla. Not only that it saved me £5500 on traditional fees. Extras All we did was supply them with anti laundering documents £80 for checks, to prove who we were. Paid £119 for a EPC certificate which you need regardless of who you use and it went online. Used my own solicitors so I can have face to face contact rather than use their recommendation. It’s the way of the future My son has also used them without any issues. Highly recommended Read more
