It does exactly what it says it does on the tin!Having last dealt with Purple Bricks 6-7Yrs ago, it was refreshing to know that I was still dealing with someone who had been in the industry for some years and fully understood the market. I was hesitant at first when making the appointment, that the agent would not be attending the property to carryout the valuation but my initial thoughts were soon laid to rest with the comments that were coming back from the agent. Very happy with all that went over the time of the video call and will be able to come back to Purple Bricks when I've had time to reflect on the best option when have seen one other agent.
