Thanks Much to Everyone!...The negative points raised from individuals and other estate agents to use Purplebricks services for property sale, I was hesitant to even approach. Through everything I decided to still go ahead and use their services. I can honestly say the experience process has been good. All the staff have been exceptional in the various process of sale. The property expert in that local area I was assigned to, Nicki Newton is excellent. I asked questions after questions to ensure Purplebricks was the right agent for business and Nicki was patience in answering my questions and genuine with her answers but at the same time not forceful. Another staff member that it has been a privilege to do business with is Mrs Tracey Pitts who assisted with viewings and the process of a smooth sale to the end of completion, have been brilliant. The way in which Mrs Pitts was so professional, communication was on point at all times, well experience in the effective advice, information given, always updating with process, showed the calmest approach under pressure.
