Hi - I am Nick Gaunt, your local agent for SW/SE London. I have always lived in SW London and have been valuing and selling properties in both areas - 17 years in SW London and 8 years in SE London. I have a wealth of knowledge to share with sellers in the area. I have an extensive background in Estate Agency, joining the industry in 2007. Before that I worked in Sales, Management Consultancy, Research and Project Management. I am a straight talker and have a reputation for providing best advice to my clients in a friendly and professional manner. Note to sellers - everyone is aware that we can save you a significant amount of money, but not everyone is aware of what a great service we provide. We will support you throughout the whole process, getting you the best price for your home and offering you sound advice along the way.
