Inept, and incompetent Ezie Conveyencing The Purple Bricks team on the Isle of …The Purple Bricks team on the Isle of Wight, are extremely professional, and approachable, nothing is too much trouble. I am normally very pessimistic regarding estate agents due bad personal experience. Based on our recent purchase on the Island I would recommend Purple Bricks, HOWEVER, do not under any circumstances use Ezie conveyencing (recommended by PB) they are completly the opposite of PB, total incompetence that nearly cost us the loss of our purchase, let alone the cost of our health due to the stress caused by them. Fantastic and professional service; really went the 'extra mile'.Louisa Whitworth is an exceptional agent for Purple Bricks; she is 'on call' 24/7 and has answered every question/query with great speed and efficiency. Louisa really knows and has a good relationship with the vendors of the several properties that we have looked at on the Isle of Wight; she was able to offer insightful and knowledgable opinions on various topics and got to know us and our requirements extremely quickly.
