A trimmed service but good support. Very cost effective if you sell.I had high hopes this was a trimmed service and my house would sell quickly. There wasn't a strong presence of PB in my town- Boston Lincs and it took a while before I got any interest. It didn't help it took 8 weeks to put a sale board up, which I had to push for. It is a difficult market though, depends on so many factors, so not a great time to sell. I liked the upfront fee. Phone support and checking up on me was good. Several people create a good network. I had to feel the market myself and judge to drop the price or not, I did feel a bit on my own with this. The team are there but they don't hold your hand as such. I did engage a local agent too once outside of the guideline of how many weeks with PB. Still no interest that was any good. The app didn't work that well, which I'd read in others feedback. Its taken a year to sell my house, but they did it. Once that process started it was plain sailing. I did use my own conveyancer hek jones if I can mention via money suprmarkt, by reviews. They've been top notch. So we got there in the end and I am happy, all pretty good service.Read more
