Easy prompt and although mainly online feels like a personal serviceI wanted to view a number of flats and used a range of ways to book viewings. Some estate agents were rude, some didn't get back to me and organise and some were limited to opening times which didn't suite someone working full time and busy. However purple bricks was easy to book and confirmation easy. The letting agent I met Katie Jenkins was excellent and really knew the area and answered every query in detail. I picked the flat based on service and ease. Checking process is currently going through which is online but although done by email and upload suites my diary and again emails from Frankie Harrison very friendly and helpful.
