Jonathan's journey to estate agency

With over 25 years’ experience in estate agency, working for both corporate and independent agents, I started as a negotiator and progressed into management within my first year. I’ve since spent over two decades in senior property roles. With extensive knowledge stretching from Canterbury through Thanet and across to Deal, including the surrounding villages and Kent coastal areas, I’m passionate about property and, most importantly, my customers. I love the variety of the role, working with people with different needs and selling everything from apartments and terraced houses to beautiful period homes across the Kent countryside. I pride myself on building excellent relationships and providing a highly customer-focused service. My aim is simple: to achieve the best possible price and get properties sold, while giving clients the service they deserve when selling what is often their biggest asset. I love working for Purplebricks because it combines my experience and local knowledge with innovative technology and effective marketing, making the selling process straightforward and transparent. Outside of property, I enjoy playing golf, going to the gym and making the most of living close to the beautiful Kent coastline.
