Hi, I’m Jez Heard, your local expert covering Exeter, Exmouth, Sidmouth, Taunton, Tiverton, Torquay and everywhere in between. I joined the property industry two years ago, stepping in as a viewing agent after a lifelong background in sales. My passion for property grew quickly, and I was soon promoted to valuation expert. I’ve come to understand what people really need when buying or selling a home. Everyone’s situation is different, so I always take the time to listen and make sure my advice fits their individual move. While estate agents may seem to offer similar services, the level of communication, care and expertise can vary greatly.
