Excellent supported estate agent servicesSelling a house for the first time in 28 years is very daunting and I was incredibly nervous. I approached Purplebricks to undertake a valuation and this was organised very quickly, within a couple of days at a time convenient to me. Their selling agent came to visit me, arriving on time,and we spent a great of time discussing the services Purplebricks can offer, the pricing tiers, on-line services and how I would be supported throughout the entire process. The selling agent has extensive knowledge of my area and that together with the her whole selling approach encouraged me to appoint Purplebricks. Since they have been appointed a number of tasks have been completed. I like their 24/7 approach. All tasks are contained in an on-line programne which very much supports targeted goals. The whole process feels very smooth and gives me a great sense of things are happening and they are. I was surprised at the charges as for what services I am receiving I consider them to be really reasonable. There are a number of payment options for custoners to considers.
