Brilliant agent - Hannah TramontanoWe had the best experience selling our home with Purple Bricks. We couldn’t fault them, and this was almost completely down to our assigned agent, Hannah Tramontano. Hannah was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. She was responsive, pro-active, constantly chased solicitors on both sides and kept us informed the whole way along. Hannah went above and beyond and would even keep us up to date outside of her normal working hours, and even once when she was on annual leave! We had the unfortunate situation of a sale fall-through and Hannah kept us sane, and very professionally guided us through the process, and what we needed to do. We have friends who have also used PB and haven’t been as lucky with their agents, so we feel extremely fortunate we were assigned an agent as good as Hannah.
I couldn’t rate Hannah more highly, and wouldn’t have anyone else sell our home - a total asset to the Purple Bricks team!Read more
