Craig has been fantastic, the app disappointing...Craig our agent has been immensely helpful. He has been proactive and his communication has been excellent. My only bugbear is the Purplebricks app which is buggy and frustrating at times. I have needed to contact Craig for information that should be available through the app but has either been absent or unavailable.
