My background in customer service and sales spans back over twenty years with my specific property industry experience beginning just over twelve years ago. 100% of my estate agency experience has been in the challenging and diverse London and home counties market where I have been responsible for the successful sale and completion of anything from 1 bedroom apartments at the bottom of the housing ladder all the way up to double fronted detached villas arranged over multiple floors offering in excess of 10 bedrooms at the top of the ladder - I have mixed in all sorts of circles over the years and have comfortably adapted to the demands and needs of all my buyers and sellers across a broad spectrum of backgrounds. Since starting my career as an estate agent, I have enjoyed a great deal of success and progression having worked my way up through the ranks from negotiator, to assistant manager then onto branch manager before reaching director level and more laterally a performance coach where I took pride in getting the best out the team I was responsible for. Striving to deliver the highest level of customer service in everything I do is very important to me. Achieving the best price for our client from the best buyer has it challenges at times but trust me when I say that the job is never easier than when you have the complete trust and faith of your client. One thing you are guaranteed to get from me is honesty and complete transparency. Over the years I have heard too many horror stories of vendors being ignored or even being lied to by their estate agent so as to avoid difficult conversations - not me. I put myself in a position of responsibility and completely understand that the my clients expect to draw on my knowledge and expertise at any time to help facilitate a smooth and successful property sale or purchase.
