The main things that sold the house to us were the double aspect windows, bright and sunny south facing garden and impressive master bedroom with en suite, dormer and velux windows. All the bedrooms are a really good size meaning that no-one needs to fight over rooms and the built in wardrobes are an excellent storage solution to keep things looking tidy. The house overlooks the well kept Green and gives the rooms an attractive outlook, rather than being overlooked by other houses. The estate is quiet, private and well maintained. Being a corner plot, there's plenty of parking and off road parking too in the bays around the green. Plus the garage and driveway! The transport links to London are fantastic so it makes a great commuter home, plus regular buses at the end of the road. We will be very sad to leave our lovely home to relocate but hope another family can make some fantastic memories here too.
