What The Owner Says. Orchard house has no neighbour noise and has an amazing view. The house stays warm throughout the year. I have never needed any heating from about March through to November. Orbit maintain the building and we have never been without a working lift and any other problems arising are dealt with swiftly, once they know about it. I have enjoyed living in Erith. Orchard house is convenient for all the main ring road
