First class service through a difficult year…..We have had an interesting experience trying to sell our house through the pandemic. Is taken just over a year, had a couple of serious attempts and is now completed.
Throughout this time, our purplebricks agent has been excellent. Her name is Suzanne Morgan. Always very helpful, professional and gave us all sorts of useful advice, went the extra mile and in managing all the viewings for us really sold the place to perspective clients. I am sure she has the patience of a saint.
So very pleased with the purplebricks experience and even though getting used to doing all the conveyancing online was different, it was actually very effective.

Easy process and saving moneyAlways very helpful and a very easy process, saving lots of money at the same time. I like doing the veiwings as one knows your house like you so really suits all round. Used twice now and will continue to use in the future.Read more
