Having lived in Cumbria for over 30 years and specifically Carlisle for 12 years, Cathy is passionate about this beautiful county. She has worked in the property business for over 10 years and knows the local market inside out. Her passion is people and property! She is very much a people person and knowing that buying and selling your home can be one of the most stressful times in your life, understands the importance of listening to the clients' needs and being supportive throughout the whole process. With a friendly and approachable personality and a welcome smile, Cathy will make it her priority at all times to give her clients her best attention and deliver a top-class service. She always works with a high degree of personal integrity and professionalism and every vendor she deals with can relax, safe in the knowledge that their home is in good hands. Cathy embraces her own personal development, always keen to broaden her skills, experience, and take on new challenges, decided in 2016 to train to become a Pilates Instructor. She had been practicing this exercise regime for 20 years and wanted to pass her knowledge and passion on.
